Checking your Kitchen Worktops upon delivery to Whitechapel
When the Driver arrives in Whitechapel with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop.
Checking your products for damage
Lie the worktop down somewhere with plenty of light. Take a careful look across the surface for any imperfections. Also with your hand run it along the rolled edges
Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry.
