Checking your Kitchen Worktops in St. Ives When the Driver arrives in St. Ives with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Take a careful look across the surface for any imperfections. Be sure to check the rolled edge also, you can do this by running your hand over it. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There also must be access for a lorry to unload. |
