Checking your Kitchen Worktops in Southampton When the Driver arrives in Southampton with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. you can then run your hand along post-formed edges to check for damage. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry. |
