Checking your Kitchen Worktops upon delivery to Solihull
When the Driver arrives in Solihull with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop.

How to check your worktops for damage
Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. you can then run your hand along post-formed edges to check for damage.

Please be aware that for all Kitchen Worktop orders we require there are one or preferably two able bodied people available to help the driver unload your kitchen worktops in Solihull.There also must be access for a lorry to unload.
