Checking your Kitchen Worktops upon delivery to Oldbury
When the Driver arrives in Oldbury with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. If worktops are damaged and can not be used please give back to the delivery driver. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop.

Lie the worktop down somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. Also with your hand run it along the rolled edges

Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There also must be access for a lorry to unload.
