If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. If worktops are damaged and can not be used please give back to the delivery driver. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. How to check your worktops for damage Lie the worktop down somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. Also with your hand run it along the rolled edges Please be aware that for all Kitchen Worktop orders we require there are one or preferably two able bodied people available to help the driver unload your kitchen worktops in Matlock.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry. |
