Ordering is simple, call us up with the name and reference of you chosen worktop and we will take your desired sizes and arrange a delivery date. Checking your Kitchen Worktops upon delivery to Heywood It is very important that you check you new worktops for damage as the driver drops them off. If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. Checking your products for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. you can then run your hand along post-formed edges to check for damage. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry. |
