If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. If worktops are damaged and can not be used please give back to the delivery driver. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Take a careful look across the surface for any imperfections. Also with your hand run it along the rolled edges Please be aware that for all Kitchen Worktop orders we require there are one or preferably two able bodied people available to help the driver unload your kitchen worktops in Hemsworth.There also must be access for a lorry to unload. |
