Ordering is simple, call us up with the name and reference of you chosen worktop and we will take your desired sizes and arrange a delivery date. Checking your Kitchen Worktops upon delivery to Hartley Wintney When the Driver arrives in Hartley Wintney with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. Be sure to check the rolled edge also, you can do this by running your hand over it. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There also must be access for a lorry to unload. |
