Sometimes there will be an extra charge for locations depending on distance. There is a £35 delivery charge for most orders. We have hundreds of designs to choose from. To get a better idea of the colour/design you have chosen be sure to request a worktop sample so you can see the colour first hand. Ordering is simple, call us up with the name and reference of you chosen worktop and we will take your desired sizes and arrange a delivery date. Checking your Kitchen Worktops in Hammersmith It is very important that you check you new worktops for damage as the driver drops them off. If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. If worktops are damaged and can not be used please give back to the delivery driver. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. Checking your products for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. Be sure to check the rolled edge also, you can do this by running your hand over it. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry. |
