Checking your Kitchen Worktops in Guiltcross When the Driver arrives in Guiltcross with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. If worktops are damaged and can not be used please give back to the delivery driver. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Take a careful look across the surface for any imperfections. Be sure to check the rolled edge also, you can do this by running your hand over it. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry. |
