Ordering is simple, call us up with the name and reference of you chosen worktop and we will take your desired sizes and arrange a delivery date. Checking your Kitchen Worktops in Essex South Western When the Driver arrives in Essex South Western with your order make sure you have the correct worktop and there is no damage. If there is some damage, but you think you can use the worktops please tell the driver to mark it on the delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. Be sure to check the rolled edge also, you can do this by running your hand over it. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There also must be access for a lorry to unload. |
