If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. If worktops are damaged and can not be used please give back to the delivery driver. Worktops can not be exchanged if damage is claimed after the driver has gone. Checking your products for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Take a careful look across the surface for any imperfections. you can then run your hand along post-formed edges to check for damage. Please be aware that for all Kitchen Worktop orders we require there are one or preferably two able bodied people available to help the driver unload your kitchen worktops in Epping.There also must be access for a lorry to unload. |
