Checking your Kitchen Worktops upon delivery to Durham Western It is very important that you check you new worktops for damage as the driver drops them off. If there is minor damage but you think you can still use the items make sure the driver marks it on his delivery note. Any damaged worktops that can not be used must be take back by the driver at the time of delivery. If damage is found on worktops after delivery we can not exchange the worktop. How to check your worktops for damage Place the worktops on a flat surface, somewhere with plenty of light. Look across the surface to check for any scratches or dents. Be sure to check the rolled edge also, you can do this by running your hand over it. Please Note there is usually only one driver delivering your products so for bigger items there must be someone available to help the driver offload.There must also be suitable access to the address for the lorry. |
